INFORMATION AND CONDITIONS

With our online booking system you’ll find the best prices, a fast and secure way to make your reservations.

The whole process is protected and certified by strict security systems Thawte so all personal data and credit card information are kept safe. Your credit card details (number and expiry date) are required to guarantee your reservation. Accepted credit cards: Visa, Euro/Mastercard, Maestro, CartaSi.

During periods of limited availability our system may not show any available rooms, but we still may be able to accommodate you.
Please contact us directly by mail through the « contact » section and we will respond as soon as possible with the best solutions suited to your needs.

Check-In: The rooms are available from 1200 hours.

Check-Out: We kindly ask you to vacate your rooms by 10am, thus allowing us to make the rooms clean and welcoming, ready for incoming guests.

Children and Extra beds:

Children under 3 years in a double room with cot stay free (meals at the restaurant apart).
For third and fourth beds there is a discount up to 50% depending on the type of room chosen and the age of the guest

Domestic Pets:

Despite our passion for animals, we kindly ask that you do not bring them to the hotel. Thank you for your understanding.

Booking conditions 2021 (April, May, June & September):

If you are already thinking about a holiday in Jesolo you can book it  without worries and with the maximum flexibility of choice. In fact only a credit card will be required to guarantee the reservation (a deposit will not be required)

As guarantee the hotel reserves the right to verify the validity of your credit card with a simple pre-authorization of the amount of the 30% of the reservation before your arrival.

Balance to be paid at the hotel (on departure): cash (max. € 1,999.00), Visa, MasterCard, Euro-Maestro, Pagobancomat.

Booking conditions 2021 (July & August):

To confirm the reservation, a deposit of 30% of the total stay is required by credit card or bank transfer.

This amount will be charged to the credit card given as guarantee at the time of booking.

Balance to be paid at the hotel (on departure): cash (max. € 1,999.00), Visa, MasterCard, Euro-Maestro, Pagobancomat.

Cancellation Policy 2021 (April, May & September):

Bookings, using no special offer, can be cancelled and / or changed without penalty up to 4 days before date of arrival (6 days for the Suite, the Junior Suite & Charme room).

Late cancellations or no show will result in a charge of 30% of the reservation or non-refund the deposit. For the early departures will be charged the entire reserved period with exceptions of the meals.

Bookings, using no special offer, can be cancelled and / or changed without penalty up to 6 days before date of arrival (10 days for the Suite, the Junior Suite & Charme room).

Late cancellations or no show will result in a charge of 30% of the reservation or non-refund the deposit. For the early departures will be charged the entire reserved period with exceptions of the meals.

Accommodation Tax:

The city tax, determined in Euro 1,30 per person per night (for a maximum of 10 nights), is to be paid directly to the hotel.

The accommodation tax is not included in the hotel’s price and should be paid at the moment of departure. Children under the age of 10 are exempt. Will be shown on the invoice from the holiday structure, listed under its own name.

Smoking:

To respect all guests and staff, smoking is forbidden in all rooms and closed areas of Hotel Imperia. Smokers can smoke on balconies and all outdoor spaces.
