This is why we at the hotel Imperia have carefully considered the needs of all our celiac guests.

Thanks to our dedication and the professionalism of our chefs, both specialised in the preparation of gluten-free dishes, we bring you varied, safe and tasty tailor-made “gluten-free” menus which are in no way inferior to our ‘standard’ menus.

We have been certified members of AIC (the Italian Celiac Association) for several years now and they conduct regular checks to ensure the quality of our menus. In addition, AIC often organises refresher courses for our kitchen and dining room staff.

From breakfast to dinner, starters to desserts, we will try to surprise you with:

  • Gluten-free versions of the menu of the day, according to traditional recipes and prepared with fresh, locally-sourced ingredients;
  • Gluten-free patisserie with delicious home-made cakes and desserts both at breakfast and during meals;
  • A selection of bread, some home-made;
  • We also bring you 100% commitment in striving to make your holiday as relaxing and sacrifice-free as possible.
